Online Registration Process for Admission

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must fulfil all the eligibility conditions as given below.

Women candidates with Master's Degree securing at least 55% of marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or an equivalent Grade in the concerned subject or related allied subject from any University/ Institution recognized as equivalent thereto by Rama Devi Women’s University (RDWU). The allied subjects for admission into Ph. D programme in a particular department shall be decided by the respective Department Research Committee (DRC).
A relaxation of 5% marks, from 55% to 50% or equivalent relaxation of grade will be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwD and other categories of candidates as per the State Reservation Policy. A relaxation of 5% to the categories mentioned above are permissible based only on qualifying marks without including grace marks.
Women candidates those who have qualified the entrance conducted by UGC or CSIR and awarded NET (JRF)/NET/NET-Eligibility for Ph.D may be considered for the Pre-Ph.D Programs of the Rama Devi Women’s University, subject to the fulfillment of criteria specified the prospectus. Seats are reserved for people belonging to different categories such as SC/ST/PWD as per the rules (In the prospectus).
NET/JRF qualified applicants are required to submit the category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Gen-EWS/PwD) , under which they have qualified NET/JRF
